Eric and his team provided an amazing Loan experience during a very rocky time in the housing market. His staff were willing to go above and beyond to ensure all documents were collected in a timely matter to ensure quick closing times and great service. This is the 3rd loan I've done with him and he has always executed a clear and easy path to home ownership. LHM Financial is great!

The best supportive team of Bob Gomez and Ashley, they were with us from the beginning very professional in their work. They stood by my wife and I even when things looked tough, it was not an easy process but through there guidance they made it easier for us to reach the final destination, I would recommend anyone to LHM without hesitation! Melody has worked very hard from the first email contact to the completion of the sale. Melody worked continually to give us the best financial service available! She responded quickly to each question and made sure the process kept flowing until completed. She kept us up to date with phone calls, texts, and emails constantly throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and professionalism was unsurpassable!

Suzy and Angie were very helpful and professional. They were very responsive and always willing to answer questions and provide information I needed. I never felt like I was a burden or inconvenience. I NEVER felt like I was just another applicant. I’m happy we got to do business with LHM and the representatives we dealt with! Everything was seamless and easy. I would highly recommend LHM and if in the market for a house again, I would use LHM.

Everyone at LHM was great! The process of securing a mortgage on a second home was seamless and in this market, that is saying a lot! We had not pre-qualified and Eric was there to help us on a Sunday so that we could get a bid in. From that point, every person at LHM that we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. Expectations and requirements were communicated clearly at every step and we closed on time without any hassle! Ashley was great with answering questions and getting paperwork to us I highly recommend LHM Financial!

Karen Flores at LHM Financial is AMAZING! She helped my husband and me through a refinance on our property and guided us through the process with ease, explaining every step of the way in layman's terms. We were comfortable sharing our personal information with her. She is professional and knowledgeable and kind. She was not bothered by us asking loads of questions. I highly recommend her for your mortgage and refinance needs!
